What is your cancellation policy?

All confirmed bookings are subject to our strict no-refund policy. Once a reservation is confirmed, all payments are final and non-refundable, as the vehicle and driver availability are reserved exclusively for your booking. Cancellations are accepted; however, no refunds will be issued for any canceled reservation, including no-shows, late cancellations, schedule changes, or unused portions of the service. In rare and exceptional circumstances, management may review a request and, at its sole discretion, may approve a future service credit or other arrangement. Such approval is not guaranteed and should not be considered an exception to our no-refund policy. For major events, high-demand dates, and special event transportation, all reservations are strictly non-refundable. No cancellations, refunds, credits, or exceptions will be granted under any circumstances due to the limited availability and advance commitment required.
